Pricing questions
Is the price per till or per branch?
Per branch. Put as many tills, kitchen screens and user accounts in a branch as you need — the subscription does not move. Only opening another branch adds to the bill.
Can I change tier or add a module mid-subscription?
Yes, at the next billing cycle. Switching a module on takes effect immediately in the product with no migration — a module that has never been used simply starts empty, and inventory starts from an opening stock count.
What exactly does onboarding cover?
Provisioning your isolated system, entering your company and VAT details, ZATCA / Fatoora onboarding, loading a menu of up to about a hundred products, pairing your devices, and two training sessions with your team. Additional branches and larger menus are priced above.
Do you price in Egyptian pounds?
Yes — Egyptian tenants are billed in EGP, with ETA e-receipt support and Paymob or Fawry payments. Contact us for the EGP price list.
