What every plan includes
- Your own isolated database — one per customer, never a shared pool
- Unlimited tills, kitchen screens and cashier logins inside each branch
- Arabic and English throughout — the till, receipts, customer pages and the back office
- ZATCA tax QR and the e-invoicing pipeline — compliance is in every plan
- Product updates, and support by email — available 24/7, for one month after purchase
What is in each plan
The till, accounting and invoicing are in every plan — they are the base, not a module. Your one module marks the rows Basic makes you choose between: inventory & purchasing, the central kitchen, HR & payroll, delivery aggregators or WhatsApp receipts. Pick one on Basic; Professional switches on all of them.

What a second branch or a second user costs
A plan covers one branch and one back-office user. Cashiers never count — put as many tills, kitchen screens and POS logins in a branch as you need and the bill does not move. Only a second branch, or a second person working in the back office, adds to it.
| What you are adding | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Each additional ERP user | A back-office login — dashboards, reports, stock, purchasing, the books. SAR 60/month on monthly billing | |
| POS and cashier users | Unlimited | Unlimited on every plan, along with tills and kitchen screens — a cashier is never a licence |
| Each additional branch — Basic | A branch is charged at your own plan's price, and brings its own included ERP user with it | |
| Each additional branch — Professional | A branch is charged at your own plan's price, and brings its own included ERP user with it | |
| Each additional branch — Advanced | A branch is charged at your own plan's price, and brings its own included ERP user with it | |
| WhatsApp receipts | In your plan | Meta conversation charges passed through at cost. Needs your own Meta business account and an approved template |
| Online payments (gateway) | In your plan | You contract with your own gateway and settle directly with them |
Accounting and payroll are group-level — one chart of accounts, one payroll run — even though a plan is priced per branch. Only two things are ever metered: branches and back-office users. Tills, kitchen screens and cashier logins are unlimited inside every branch, so a busy Thursday costs exactly what a quiet Monday costs.
One-time setup, done with you
We provision your system, set up your company and VAT details, load your products, pair your devices and train your team — you are not handed a login and left to it.
| Scope | One-time fee |
|---|---|
| First branch — provisioning your isolated system, company & VAT setup, a catalogue of up to ~100 products, device pairing and two training sessions | SAR 2,500 |
| Each additional branch | SAR 750 |
| Catalogue beyond ~100 products | Quoted — typically SAR 500–1,500 |
| Recipe build — we sit with your team and enter recipes, sub-recipes, yields and waste percentages, then reconcile the costed item against what you believe it costs | SAR 25 per catalogue item — sub-recipes counted inside it, not separately |
| Advanced custom work — custom screens and reports, and integrations with your website, another POS or your bank | Scoped and quoted per project, before it starts. The Advanced subscription covers the platform and your environments; the build is its own line |
What migration actually involves — the part nobody quotes
Buying the system is not the expensive part; making it know your business is. This is where a switch goes wrong, so here is the whole truth in one place.
| Your data | Who does it | Realistically |
|---|---|---|
| Catalogue — products, categories, prices, modifiers, combos | We do it, up to ~100 products | 2–3 days |
| Customers and their phone numbers | We do it — any CSV your POS exports | Same day |
| Staff, branches, tills, floor plans | We do it, as part of onboarding | 1 day |
| Recipes and sub-recipes — the thing cost reporting is made of | Nobody can export these. Your team and us, from scratch | The real work — budget a week of evenings for a 120-product catalogue |
| Stock on hand | Your team, by counting it | One stocktake on go-live night — inventory starts from that count |
| Suppliers, purchase history, accounting opening balances | Suppliers we enter; history stays in your old system; balances come from your accountant | Historic purchases are not migrated — keep read-only access to your old system for a year |
Which is why we push the 30-day pilot on one branch rather than a weekend cut-over across six. Build the recipes for that branch's catalogue, run it beside your current system, and check the cost report against reality before anything else moves. If it does not reconcile, you have lost a month of one branch's evenings — not your accounts.
Terms written to favour you
Annual saves you 20%
Pay yearly and you pay for about nine and a half months, not twelve — on every plan, every branch and every extra user, with no exceptions buried in a footnote.
Monthly, or a full annual term
Monthly billing is available at list price — cancel at the end of any month, with no lock-in. An annual subscription runs for its full term. Your data exports in full either way, in open formats.
24-month price lock
The rates you sign at cannot rise for two years. To be unambiguous: a user or a branch you add later costs its own listed price — but at the rate you signed, locked for the same two years.
30-day pilot
Run one branch on your own tablet beside your current system before you commit to anything, and keep the old system running until the numbers reconcile.
Catalogue & customer migration, done for you
Your catalogue up to ~100 products and your whole customer list are migrated by us as part of onboarding. Recipes, stock and purchase history cannot be exported by any POS — see exactly what that means above.
Grow at your own pace
Add or drop a module at the next billing cycle. Nothing is re-implemented and no data is lost.
Work out what you would actually pay
Put in your own numbers. We pick the cheapest Sellex combination that covers what you need — then compare it against what you actually pay today. Type your real bill in and the guesswork disappears entirely; leave it blank and we will estimate from published prices, showing our working.
| Monthly | Estimated: your stack | Sellex |
|---|
How the estimate is built, so you can argue with it. POS: SAR 423 per unit per month for a till-only tier, 801 once inventory is needed and 1,224 at the top tier — the published monthly prices of the largest restaurant POS in the Kingdom, less about 8% when billed annually. That vendor publishes no per-unit basis at all, which is why the question above matters and why we let you set it. No vendor at that price point publishes a central-kitchen module, so the top tier is the nearest honest comparison rather than a like-for-like one. Accounting: SAR 149/month (Wafeq Plus, the cheapest published Saudi tier that includes ZATCA Phase 2), 119 billed yearly — per organisation, not per branch. Payroll: Zoho Payroll Saudi, SAR 45/month for five employees plus SAR 9 each after that (35 + 7 billed yearly) — which is why the staff count moves that column and never moves ours. Tablets: SAR 1,500 for a locked-platform tablet against SAR 500 for an ordinary Android one, and only where their system will not run on the tablets you already have. Onboarding: our published one-time fee from the table above — theirs is not modelled, so that row flatters them rather than us. Delivery middleware is deliberately not in this estimate: none of the marketplaces or middleware vendors publish a Saudi price, so putting a number there would flatter us. Our own figures are the exclusive-offer prices, half the list price shown struck through above. VAT: every figure on both sides is net of it, ours and theirs alike — so the bill you type in should be net of the 15% too, or you are comparing your VAT against our subtotal. Every figure here was checked in July 2026 and none of it beats your own invoice — type it in above.
Pricing questions
Is the price per till, per user or per branch?
Per branch, and cashiers are never metered. Put as many tills, kitchen screens and cashier logins in a branch as you need — the subscription does not move, and a busy Thursday costs the same as a quiet Monday. Two things are metered: branches, each charged at your own plan's price, and ERP users — the back-office logins that open dashboards, stock, purchasing and the books. One of those comes with every branch; each extra one is SAR 48 a month on annual billing under the exclusive offer, half the SAR 96 list price.
Can I change plan or add a user mid-subscription?
Yes, at the next billing cycle. Moving from Basic to Professional takes effect immediately in the product with no migration — a module that has never been used simply starts empty, and inventory starts from an opening stock count. A user you add is live straight away.
What exactly does onboarding cover?
Provisioning your isolated system, entering your company and VAT details, loading a catalogue of up to about a hundred products, pairing your devices, and two training sessions with your team. Additional branches, larger catalogues and the recipe build are priced separately above — and the recipe build is the one that decides whether this works, so read that table before you read this answer again.
What exactly does Advanced's "custom" cover for SAR 2,399?
The subscription buys the platform, your dedicated development, testing and production environments, priority support, and the right to have custom work built into your own system rather than being told it is not on the roadmap. It does not buy an unlimited amount of that work. Each piece — a screen, a report, an integration with your website or your bank — is scoped and quoted before it starts, and appears as its own line in your implementation plan. We would rather say that here than have you discover it at the second change request. If you want a fixed annual allowance of development days instead, ask; it is a sensible way to buy this and we will price it.
Do you price in Egyptian pounds?
Yes — Egyptian tenants are billed in EGP, with Paymob or Fawry payments. Contact us for the EGP price list.
